General rules
- We allow up to 35 people per shoot.
- All guests must provide a valid form of photo I.D. (Driver License or Passport) to enter the building.
- All ages are allowed in the space. Guests under
- 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Host / on-site manager present during the shoot.
- Insurance is required depending on the type of shoot. Guests must provide additional insurance and validpermits for all outside vendors.
- Pets must be approved.
- Outside food is allowed.
- Nudity is allowed.
- Smoke machines are allowed.
- No noise restrictions. The space is not 100% soundproof.
- The parking lot and a building have 24-hour surveillance monitoring and recording.
- Fully gated parking lot, surrounding street parking, large loading door.
Rental hours
- The total rental period starts at the time you booked the studio and ends when you have left the studio. Thisincludes setup time and breakdown/cleanup. Your total time is until you have completely vacated the premises.
- If you are not out of the studio by the end time of your booking, we have to charge an extra fee in 1/2hrincrements at 1.5X your booking rate.
- When booking studio space keep in mind that you will need at least 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes forbreakdown.
- Minimum booking term: 3 hours.
- All bookings should be prepaid.
Overtime
- Overtime up to 4 hours will be charged at 1.5 times (1.5X) the hourly rate of your booking, charged in 1/2 hourincrements.
- Overtime after 4 hours will be charged at 2 times (2X) the hourly rate of your booking, charged in 1/2 hourincrements.
Smoking / alcoholic beverages / drugs
- No smoking and/or vaping is allowed in the studio. Smoking outside is permitted at the designated smokingarea.
- No alcoholic beverages or non-prescription or illegal drugs are allowed in the studio. No one will be admittedwho is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.
- A fee of $150 will be added in case of violation.
General space usage rules
- You may never walk or place gear on the curve of the white cyc. In case the curve is cracked/damaged by you oryour vendor the cost of repair is $100 per crack.
- White cyclorama and black void may have small marks and/or cracks, it will not show up when you shoot. But ifyou require the stage to be spotless, please let us know ahead of time so we can prepare and repaint the spacefor you. An extra fee may be required for repainting.
- Please let us know in case you are planning a car shoot.
- Furniture and decorations may be moved upon request. Furniture must be put back. Any furniture needsshould be approved by the studio manager.
- Offices within the building have restricted access. The additional office space and conference room can be usedfor VIPs, guests, and the production team. Please add the space as an add-on before your shoot.
- If you want to use the space without reserving it beforehand (walk-in) you will be charged an extra $50/hourfor your shoot.
- Food and beverages are not allowed at the stage. Please use a kitchenette or designated catering area.
- Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed.
- No open flames or fire allowed.
Additional costs
- Paint and repainting cyclorama floor in white color – $200
- Paint and repainting black void floor in black color – $200
- Paint and repainting cyclorama in any color – $3,000
- The use of colored ink, confetti, or large amounts of any type of glitter/paper/feathers may require a $200repaint. The charge will not be added until after your shoot if it’s determined to be needed at all.
- Sand and or dirt or sparkling confetti or other substances difficult to clean up easily are not allowed in thestudio.
- If you need any additional production team members such as lighting/video/sound specialist, stuntcoordinator, camera person, grip, editor, hair, makeup, styling, assisting, photography, and digital retouchingservices, we can provide it at competitive prices.
- Onsite production equipment is available at discounted prices in our warehouse.
Cleaning rules and charges
- Space should be returned in clean condition upon the completion of the shoot.
- The house lighting plot should be restored.
- All trash should be placed in garbage receptacles upon completion of the shoot.
- Guests should collect and clean dishes, silverware and other provided host amenities if applicable.
- Furniture must be put back.
- In case extensive cleanup is needed it will be charged according to the time it will take at the regular studiorental rate. Additional repainting fees may be required.
- The space is cleaned and disinfected following guidelines from local health authorities. High-touch surfacesand shared amenities have been disinfected.
- Space and common areas including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances will be cleaned, swept, mopped, andvacuumed before each booking.
- Hand washing stations are supplied with soap, water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60%alcohol.
